I was interrupted when l gave Phoebe her insulin tonight. Later I noticed a wet spot on the back of her neck and it had me thinking I missed my mark? Now after the recent reading I'm second guessing myself. Not happy.

Sue I'm not sure if I missed when I gave her the insulin? I don't want to give her another dose of 2.25u. I hate when I get distracted when I'm tending too something serious like this. Ugh.
 
Been there done that. It's just one cycle and tomorrow is a new day. I haven't checked her chart in quite a while, wow look at the progress you've made in the last few months!
 
I know how mad at yourself a fur shot makes you. I had one recently and worried all day about how high Teasel would be. We got past it.

It is so frustrating! When that happens, we have no way of knowing how much insulin they got. As the others said, there is nouthing to be done.
 
So I am only a few blocks away from Wrigley but I do not love the Cubs. In fact, I don't even like them a little. Particularly their billionaire owners -the Ricketts family - who have forced the small business owners around the park to close so they could build some soul-less hotel/entertainment arcade monstrosity - it belongs near some characterless office park not in Lakeview. I saw how they used their billions to bully everyone, so I don't support the Cubs at all.
 
Too bad you can't go to the parade Eric:( When the Saints won the Super Bowl, the parade was at night, but I couldn't go because of all my animals, but I watched it on TV. Wish I could've gone because it'll probably be 108 years before we win another one...:confused:

I believe that's ALL owners nowadays. Ever sports facility seems too have monstrous entertainment and hotel next too their stadiums. But the way Chicago shut down parking and travel in a 1 mile radius was strange. Glad l didn't have a concert too attend at the Cabaret Metro on those days!

No, United Center doesn't have that, and Sox park hasn't ruined Bridgeport. Most other sports arenas aren't in the middle of a neighborhood that has a lot going on in it's own right. These guys are definitely billionaire bullies. The Chicago Reader had a few recent article on them.

I'll check the article out! Hopefully the Reader holds on. I've read that they may be downsizing.
