Hello! from the Kitty gang!
Phoebe is still doing well. Checked her sugar and she is a lovely 106. So much to catch up on.
We are trying to lose weight here at the ranch. So food is not left down any more. I feel bad for them but I also know it will be good for them.
We had a loss this past month. Eyesey went over the rainbow bridge. He wasn't eating or coming off his perch. I took him to the vet and he had a large mass in his abdomen pushing the organs aside. I lovingly held him while he went to sleep and in no pain. Momma kitty mourned her mates loss. She is now in the main house but still hisses and strikes out. Not sure how to get her to accept the clan.
Jack, my cuddle muffin yellow tabby has developed allergies. We have changed to freeze dried rabbit. Steroids are tapering. I only hope I can get him off the steroids as he is immune compromised already. Winter helps to cut down on pollen. Not sure the allergy. Once off steroids, I will try his Zero Mature dry food once again and pray it is not the culprit.
Fancy feast is not going over well anymore with Phoebe. Not sure my alternatives. She is still eating certain flavors. But her diabetes is controlled and she still wants to cuddle. She still likes the Zero Mature dry. And a little rabbit duck.
Tigger has now come in the house. She is doing well. I have her on the sun porch with toys and tree. I will introduce her in another month. I had to keep her outdoors on the catio for 2 months as she had fleas. Fleas gone. Everything preventative to the nth degree done. all kitties have been treated and will be treated for another month.
My kitty ranch stands at 6. I hope all is good for all the kitties here. Hang in there. The light is bright at the end of that tunnel.

Sounds like the usual food issues keeping you busy. Pass on some scritches to good girl Phoebe, over 1 year OTJ.
