Hi everyone,

I am trying to learn more about dental care for my cat. He had his first dental cleaning just recently and if there's anything I can do to prolong the need for doing that again I'd like to try. I saw some information about Petsmile toothpaste, which apparently you don't actually have to brush on the teeth, rather just get it in there. But on the ingredient list they have glycerin listed as a sweetening agent. So I was wondering if anybody knows if that particular ingredient would influence blood sugar? Or if anyone has any first hand experience with this product or perhaps one best suited for diabetic cats?

Thanks very much!
