PetSmart Discontinuing Dog Freeze Dried Treats!

Yes it's true...PetSmart is discontinuing those dog freeze dried treats - they actually disco'd them last week. Mine THREW AWAY 5 BIG bags of them - that is just NOT RIGHT. Why can't they just mark them down to get rid of them instead? There's all kinds of new cat treats touting 'natural' but they're not what WE require...they all have carbs in them. Purebites still makes theirs but I find that those aren't consistent in their flavor....about every third bag or so KT won't eat.

So....where we gonna get the best price NOW???
 
Yes, I was shocked when I asked about the Prime Taste Treats and they told me they were discontinued. BUT, I picked a tub of Stewart Pro-Treat 100% Pure Chicken Lives Treats for Dogs (also freeze dried) and both of my kitties love them.
 
Ther'y were also discontinued at a local store too, I wonder if it is the company.

I've been getting other freeze dried treats here, they have chicken too but not as cheap as Petsmart had been. $9.99 for 3.5oz. Tess goes crazy over their FD duck breast and the FD hearts! Tess doesn't like the FD liver.

Prime Taste Treats Freeze Dried Chicken Breast is still available on Amazon but it's $19 for a 6.2oz bag. Prices go up there when a product is discontinued, people get desperate for a fav product!
 
I ran to my PetsMart, and they were on clearance. All of the big bags were gone, so I bought all they had left of the little 1.4oz bags. Sorry, if anyone else wanted them from the Flemington store. There's still some Beef Liver bags left, and they are on clearance, too.
