pepcid dose for VERY sick cat?

Hi, please help. I have a very sick cat with a feeding tube in place. He's on Lantus (trying to get him regulated) and azithromycin. No ketones, hepatic lipadoses. He has severe mucus buildup which I'm pretty sure is part of the cause for his throwing up. My vet is closed, so I was going to try Pepcid. Can someone please tell me a dose? Thank you. Anxiously awaiting

You can crush it and put into the food you are giving in the feeding tube.
