In that case, I think you need to tell the vet he hasn’t pooped for however long so that he can give you the necessary treatment. He could also be a bit dehydrated which will add to the problem. Do you given any water with the food?

one vet just reject me because he says i need to bring penpen to see him...let me arrange it tmr

just grab some zofran. a cat volunteer specialized in lymphoma advise me to give 2 to 4 mg, 3 to 4 times per day
