Hey everyone,
First, thanks to all the help received during Peeka's double dose episode. It was a frightening hour or two before she would up at the vet. The doctor was fantastic, even ran into one of my friends who works there the next morning. According to them, Peeka never got below 128, which was the last test I ran before rushing her there. They would up taking her off dextrose drip a few hours after arrival. By the time she was tested for PMPS that night, she was back down in the 200's.
Other than that, all continues to go well, Peeka is still taking herself to the litter without my help, numbers have been looking good, her walk continues to improve. She is now able to jump onto the ottoman with no assistance or clawing. Still walking on her hind hocks, and her back is still arched, but there is definite and noticeable improvement.
I hope everyone has a wonderful day!
