Got the call from vet this afternoon.....NO CANCER CELLS!!! :cat::p:D:joyful::p:D:joyful::p:D:joyful::cat:

It appears to be just some sort of inflammatory response/infection sort of thing and his current antibiotic should do the trick. It already has since the bump looks like it was never even there.

High-fives and hugs :bighug: to all who shouted out to us...it worked...thank you SO very much! I also need to express gratitude to those who are guiding me (along with my vet of course) into maximizing his renal health now.

I don't think I've ever given Peek-a-Boo so many kisses...and I do that A LOT.:D

I must admit that my heart was in my mouth when I clicked on your thread. My heart then proceeded to do several celebratory somersaults for you both after reading the results. :joyful:

I'm delighted to hear that Peek-a-Boo's mouth is already getting better, and I just lurve the latest pic: gave him a virtual tummy rub. :cat:

Hi Mogs,

Yes, it was quite nerve wracking when the call came in...my hands started to shake a bit. This week has caught up with me so I'm going to crash early tonight. I will no doubt be out in less than 10 minutes.

Peeks is back to his old self, conked out in the bathroom. He loves the bathroom, always has...not sure why, maybe because its warm and close enough to the action, yet off to the side for some peace and quiet.

Hope all is going smoothly with your fur tots. I haven't seen any trouble stirring with Saoirse, unless I missed something, so I'm going to assume that everything is in order at the Shire (love that by the way). Have you been doing ok? I hope so.

Your support this week made things a bit easier...I mean that.
