Patches's Nine Year Anniversary

Nine years ago today I adopted Patches. Her previous owners returned her and her friend to their vet and I do not remember the reasons why. Her friend, who was in fine health, got adopted fast but Patches, what a recently diagnosed and being treated diabetic cat, was not so lucky. She is getting one in her years but still doing OK. As the photos shows she spends most of her time in the bathroom.
