GOOD NEWS - Her numbers have been upper 90's and low 100's so her insulin has been cut down to nothing or .5u - depending!!!! YIPPEE!!!!
BAD NEWS - She is still not eating. I have increased her syringe feeding to 2 full syringes of RS food per sitting and she is tolerating it pretty well. I am alternating the fortiflora in the syringe at one sitting and the lysine in the syringe at another sitting. This should be fine, right??
She gets her appetite stimulant every other day per vet(which I would think should be working better by now!
). And she gets pepcid once a day. She is licking some food on her own during the day on and off, but no consistent eating!!! :'(
Any suggestions would help and please continue to say prayers for this stubborn girl to start eating and keep eating!!!!
