429 AMPS When I went to give her the shot this morning she wiggled at the last moment and there was a huge bead of insulin right on the top of the skin. I sucked it back into the needle to see how much. It was almost the whole shot...not sure what to do now.

I know it is hard, but overwhelmingly it is safest not to reshoot, regardless. I am wondering about your am number. It is not fitting her usual patterns. I wonder if she dipped lower overnight and it is a bounce. You can wait at least 6 hours and if she is still high, give a shot - but it will throw your schedule off. I'd get a number around +3. We might be surprised and it might have gone down.

I thought maybe bounce cause she was at 204 at +5 and she isn't usually her lowest till +7 or so but wasn't sure. She did get a lot bigger snack at last night than usual cause my son thought she got 2 oz then she stole some from her brothers on top of that. I thought probably better to not reshoot but wanted to make sure. I will check her at +3 and let you know what it is. I think she is trying to drive me crazy. Just when I think ok tomorrow up the dose she throws a lot lower number at the PS or at the nadir.

She went down into the 300's it was 341 at +6 so I am thinking of giving her pmps an hour early to get her close to the more optimal schedule. Do you think that will be ok???
