Particles in vial of insulin

What do you mean if you see particles in bottle of insulin? When i first get bottle out of refig the white powdery stuff is at bottom. WHen i mix it, it blends together and is a white milky solution. Is this what i am supposed to be seeing. Don't remember my other vial doing this. Does it mean it's not good or is this normal?

Hi Lori,

If you are seeing floating particles in the insulin it is not good. If you are mixing and then it becomes milky, that is fine.

Milky=good. Floaties in with it = not good.
