Brooklyn didn't show signs of pancreatitis but her tests came back that she had it. Treatment was subcutaneous fluids for a week, which I did at home. It's been 3 weeks and she is well hydrated and looks great! During that time I introduced wet food. It was easy since her diabetic numbers were so high she was starving 400's. Now she has a taste for it and were going to stick with it. Also just asked for samples of Dr. Elsey's and Young Again.

My concern is the Vet didn't say IBD. Thinking back to the diagnosis of diabetes I'm certain that she had pancreatitis then. I'm wondering if I introduce Fortiflora if that would help her to avoid bouts of it. Has anyone tried this?

It's a blood test a "spec fPL" serum test. The range should be 0.0-3.5 and my cat had 6.7
