My kitty Harley is a newly diagnosed male. He is about 8 years old (a rescue so who knows really). I always fed my cats premium cat food, but it was the dry stuff, so now I feel horribly guilty and am working to get all my cats on a better diet. They always got canned food before, but the majority of their diet was dry. I am not techno/forum savvy, so I need some help on where to start asking questions, relay what has happened so far with Harley and optimize his diet regarding type of food and amount as soon as possible. He will have his blood sugar rechecked in 2 weeks and then be started on insulin, so I am in a panic to get things right.
Thanks,
Gladioli

Welcome! Food is the easy part. Here's a list of wet cat foods. Anything with the carbs under 10 % are good choices.
