Overdosing?

I know the rule is to have a spreadsheet but I have yet to figure it out but I'm in need of an educated opinion or something!
I've been testing Angel for the last the days and she's never higher then 13.1. I'm giving her 1 unit, twice a day.
A. Am I given her too much, is it risky?
B. Are we able to just stop given Insulin or reduce it ourselves?

Hey, sorry I forget information because I'm still new lol
Shes on Lantus and gets it 9am and 9pm. Yesterday I checked her 2 hours after her insulin and it was 11.1 and then I checked her 6 hours later and she was 10.1 and then checked her before her next dose and she was 12.2

It also helps to add some details to your signature, so that we don't keep asking you it was part of the "New, how you can help us help you" link that I commented in your last post.

Numbers are still okay, I wouldn't worry about overdosing, but it does help to see things going forward in a SS.
