I am very happy to announce that the OTJ videos are continuing to flourish in the capable hands of Camille/Cyclone (& Salem) with help from MJ/Donovan.
I will be taking a short break to recover from some upcoming orthopedic work.

It has been a pleasure to work with Camille and MJ as we figured out how to continue the videos without a lapse. There were lots of emails and big files flying back and forth.
Some of those files were gigantic ones that would choke many a computer (ahem, just ask MJ)! ohmygod_smile

Camille and MJ jumped in with both feet so willingly and with a lot of enthusiasm! I have had fun laughing at things they come up with and now between them they can produce videos on their own.
MJ is great at suggesting funny situations and sayings as well as sharpening and improving photo quality.
Camille has been writing funnies and Photoshopping and will be premiering her first complete OTJ video tomorrow. Woohoo!! :mrgreen:

I want to thank them both for relieving me of so much worry before my upcoming hiatus. Best of all, Lantus land will seamlessly continue the fun tradition of OTJ party videos. party_cat
Please give them lots of kudos tomorrow, ok?

Meanwhile (next week) I will be feeling a bit creaky and maybe even magnetic: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:

ditto. fast healing vines and thanks to the taker overers. LOL. would have loved to do it but waaaaay beyond my photoshop abilities plus everything takes me so long to do

Thank you also for all your hard work over the past (?, sorry don't know how long), but I know you put your heart and soul into all those videos you made.

I wish you a good outcome on the orthopidic surgery, and a very good recovery.

Thank you so much for all you do around here! Even in your time of preparing for recovery, you are still worried about how to keep those OTJ videos coming .. That's so sweet .. I wish you a speedy recovery and will be keeping you in my thoughts and prayers!

Thank you for all the wonderful videos, CD, and for arranging the transfer and continuance of them. I hope your surgery goes as well as it is possible for it to go and you recover quickly and as good as new.

I'm looking forward to seeing the new artists' work. :razz:

Wow, CD, you are super organized! :shock: It's almost scary. Paws crossed for your surgery and sending fast healing vines for the recovery. Thanks to Camille and MJ for taking over because we sure do appreciate the celebration of kitties going OJT and the videos are a wonderful and lasting tribute.

CD, you are amazing!! We don't thank you enough for all you have done. So sweet of you to worry about OTJ videos when you have other things to think about. Healing vines for your surgery. We will be thinking about you and sending all kinds of prayers your way!
 
Adding my healing vines and wishes for your speedy and uneventful recovery. You've done a tremendous service to the FDMB community with your videos, along with Diahann who started them. Speaking as someone with a recently OTJ kitty, I can't tell you how much I looked forward to that video and how wonderful it made me feel. Seeing that parade of OTJ kitties and knowing Salem had joined them seemed to make it all official somehow. So, I'm glad to be able to do the same for others now, with MJ's help, and look forward to continuing to share video-making after you return to 'duty'. :-D
 
Hey CD - wishing you a speedy recovery. I hope all goes well. many thanks for all you do for our little community here, all you do is so appreciated. I sure do love the OTJ videos - and am so glad that they will be in the capable hands of Camille and MJ. Well done ladies - all three of you!

CD!!!Thank you for all the years of wonderful, enjoyable,heart warming OTJ videos for all of us here in LL! they always made us laugh, smile & be happy for the on who was going OTJ..and for all those who have gone before--And CD Thanks for often including Moonie whom we know will never have her own OTJ video,it always made us feel so good to be in there...Prayers of Healing and easy reconstruction and recovery -
Soon you will be just like new! We Love you very very much!!

That's awesome news, CD! It's really great that you, Camille, and MJ were able to get this together so any kitties going OTJ will still have their party while you are recuperating. You are all wonderful folks...just goes to show how tight of a "family" FDMB folks are.
I will be thinking of you and keeping you in my prayers, CD. I hope your surgery goes without a hitch and that your heal quickly!
