Appetizers: Snoqualmie Falls Microbrews; Foil Baked Rabbit; Shrimp Cocktail; Deviled Duck Eggs with Rosemary; Assorted Paw Prints Pizzas; Grilled Herbed Mole and Vole Sausages; Hot Oxtail Soup with Crunchy Croutons from Chef Felix’s recipe; Sushi Bar featuring the specialties of Sushi Chef Tux as well as Chef Neko's fabulous sushi rolls.

Entrees: Chef Rusty's Thunderin' Bison Chili with fresh salsa; Rotisserie Chicken; Beef Provencal; Chef Mannie's Renowned PNW Poached Sockeye Salmon with Catnip Mayo; Big Mac's Burger Extravaganza.

Salads: Butthead's & Donny's Field Greens with Fresh Grass Clippings; Tangy Peas and Blue Cheese Salad.

Desserts: Tobey's Cimmamum Cookies; Maggie's Signature Cheesecakes; Chief Pastry Chef Tess’s extra special Falls celebration cake; Surprise Dessert à la Dessert Chef Sootie; Chef Stu's World Famous Catmint Parfaits.
