Huge shout out to @manxcat419 , @THH & Snowcrash (GA) , @Bron and Sheba (GA) , and @tiffmaxee for helping me get Murs off the juice. Y'all have no idea how much I appreciate each of you. I was devastated when he was hospitalized for DKA, and there were seriously times I thought I was going to lose my mind lol. Y'all kept me sane, supported me, and coached me through each and every step. There is no way I could've done this without y'all! He's my first diabetic cat, and I had NO idea what I was doing or how awful diabetes is! Fingers crossed he stays in remission because I might just lose my mind next time LOL

Also, I am incredibly grateful for Diabetic Cats in Need (DCIN) for contributing towards his DKA hospitalization. Not only did your donation help with his expenses, but it also showed me that there were people rooting for him and that he had people from all over the world who loved him. I absolutely believe that kept both of us going!!

Of course, thank you to Truly All Cats Trapping and Rescue for getting him off the streets, neutering him, and giving him a chance! He wouldn't have made it much longer out there. When he saw Dawn (owner of the rescue) trapping, he instantly went right up to her and walked into the trap. He knew he was very sick and was desperate for help. Poor Murs has been through so much these past few months, but he's doing wonderful now and has overcome each and every obstacle!

You are so very welcome. There are very few people who would have done everything you did for Murs. And now he has the best home he ever could have asked for with you. You aced his treatment every step of the way, and wow did it pay off fast. Congratulations to you, Murs, and the whole family for getting him to this point so fast. :otj::otj::otj:

Congrats Becca and Murs!! I love the OTJ video and how it shows the unhappy Murs at times getting needed care, then later as happy as can be. So sweet.

Shoutout to Murs' dad for the cameo in bed. :D
