Thank you all so much, I have tears in my eyes from all the good wishes. It's been a real Journey full of ups and downs. The support here has been amazing, and I really really have @Wendy&Neko to thank for guiding me on a daily basis. Wendy knowledge of Acromegaly and FD is amazing, I think Wendy missed her calling, she should have specialised as specialist FD Vet. @Bronx's dad for taking the time to inform me on his experience with RVC and Cabergoline, I know you decided with SRT Paul and Bronx is doing so much better, your input was very valuable to us.

Woohoo! Congrats Marvin and Nat. You took the initiative and did all the hard work Nat. I am so happy you decided to listen to a bunch of people on the internet instead of the internal medicine vet. We love seeing cats go OTJ and proving vets wrong. :cool: Kudos to your own vet for supporting you on this trial. I hope you give an update to the IM vet. And thank you for providing an inspiration and hope to beans of acrokitties everywhere.

Congrats on this amazing accomplishment and milestone. I too remember early posts. It was Marvin's first avatar that captured my heart. There was something about his expression in that photo - I always thought he was asking for help. You have worked so hard to get him the help he needed. I watched for your posts every day to see how he was doing. If there wasn't a post, I'd peek at the spreadsheet. I'm sure many others were thinking of the both of you even if you didn't see posts from us.

While we have all been cheering with his great progress, you too have also made great progress in that you are now offering advice and support as other members are struggling with questions and difficult situations. Look how far both of you have come! It all became clear for me when you changed his photo from that big boy with the expression of looking for help to a confident and very comfortable guy washing up!

Congrats to you both! I hope you both enjoy life at the Falls!
 
As they say here in Calgary....yahooo! Where's a kittie cowboy emoticon when I need one?! I'm so very happy for Marvin, and a well-deserved congrats Nat, it is certainly encouraging and I'm glad I'm here to celebrate with you, along with so many others :bighug:
