What a wonderful day it is!!! We have seen two Simon's now go OTJ so there has got to be something with the name. Of course, there is my Simon -- he is a little slow understanding the rules to go OTJ!

I am so, so happy for you. Loved the video, CD, especially all the pictures of Simon trying out the baby things!
 
I didn't realise Simon was a cross dresser :lol: :lol: Love the pic of him in the big bed while Logan is trying to fit in the cat bed! Another great party from CD

Wow, CD, we just loved the video! I watched it with the kids just now. Thanks to all who helped us in Lantus Land. Simon had a little over 5 months on insulin. We would not and could not have figured this gig out without you! We made new friends and got Simon OTJ! We even made friends in Dallas, Monica and Atticus and Miranda, who gave Simon micro doses and helped us get here. I made online friends all over the world. I convinced my mom to shoot and test :lol:
This is a special group of people!

I suppose Simon will have his breffis and then take a nap on the catio to start his party. We'll be back in a couple of hours for snacks!

YAAY!!!!!!!!!!!!! You did it, Simon! Atticus and I are ecstatic to welcome you and Kim to the Falls! We love Simon, and we're happy we could help in our very small way.

Carolyn, that video was awesome! Atticus actually jumped up to watch it with me. He totally knew.
I love all the pics of him with the kids, and of course the dress-up pictures. He is such a glamour puss.

Mannie, Atticus and Miranda have their aprons on and are ready to get to work! Atticus has already started hitting the catnip sauce.

Simon is such a special cat, and I couldn't be happier to see him go OTJ than if he were my own cat. Y'all enjoy the shot-free life!

Hahaha! I didn't need to Photoshop very many pictures, Simon's little beans took care of that for me. I cracked up as soon as Kim sent me those dress-up photos. How her little beans managed to get little SHOES on Simon, I'll never know. Although my personal favorite was the chicken mask. :lol: :lol: :lol:

We call that his "kitty in the henhouse" look!

He puts up with a little dress up, but he walks off when he's had enough. One of the pics shows the red shoe coming off as he's trying to escape!

We loved our party! We're not quite finished yet! Even the little beans behaved themselves today. DS age 2 was on good behavior (all he did wrong today was pee on his sister's doll that was close to the potty--somehow not an accident I think--and cut her finger with safety scissors. We call him the hurricane! That's actually a somewhat good day for him!)

Simon's neck abscess is almost as good as new (minus hair covering the area). He is longingly sitting at the patio door wanting to go party with whoever it was that bit him. . .It's really pretty amazing how fast it healed, though! (We had an antibiotic gel called cephapirin that was squirted inside the abscess cavity). Boy, that abscess really scared me last week! Instead of thinking "Oh no, he's going to die" I was thinking "Oh no, he's going to need insulin again!"

Thanks for all of your comments. I showed them all to my family and we enjoyed each one! Thanks to all of you who helped us along the way, and we hope we'll see many more of you at the falls soon!
