Absolutely wonderful video! I've only seen a few of these. For all of you who are used to these beautiful testaments, I wanted to let you know how powerful the image of all those Smileys with all the otj kitties names is to someone new to this forum. Very, very powerful.
To Jane, Jack and of course Karre - very happy for all of you. The silver lining to this "second time around" for me at least, has been the simple fact that you have come back, Jane, and shared your experience and kindness and wisdom with a lot of new people who might never have had the good fortune to "meet you" (myself included). There have been many occasions in the past few weeks when I have looked down at the bottom of the screen and had two immediate thoughts.... One, after breathing a sigh of relief, "oh thank goodness, Jane is on!" :-D And two, "OMG, is it THAT late???" :lol:

Here is Karre's 13th Pre-Party OTJ Day. I'll post again a little later in the day. In the meantime, I had actually planned to post links to Karre's very first post on (the old) FDMB, and his first OTJ condo on (the old) FDMB, but have discovered to my dismay that all my saved links (I saved the links to every single condo) simply don't work anymore! Does anyone know whether that is a permanent loss? I would be so very disappointed. While we made our way to this second, fabulous OTJ Party, I kept re-reading Karre's old condos - so I know the links worked until a couple of weeks ago. Does anyone know what this is about? :sad:

We can't believe it's really really really PARTY TIME for a second time! We feel incredibly lucky.

Jane (also known as Larissa, but most people get that wrong for some reason, so I prefer my DH's nickname for me, which is Jane), Jack, His Majesty Karre the Emperor, and his siblings Magpie, Luca and Henry.

LOL, Melanie! Nope, no mistake! Just a case of nickname vs. birthname :-D After three decades of nine out of ten mangling the birthname, I prefer the nickname, Jane, for FDMB activities!

You attacked this temporary setback with 110% of your effort. I know that the Emperor demands nothing less of his subjects, but still, he is very lucky to have you and Jack.

Broken links notwithstanding, I remember Karre's first OTJ party very well. It marked the beginning of my friendship with you, which I treasure.

I understand that the GA's have been partying for hours by the birdhouse, with Bear Man and Lucci supervising. Pinkerton was last seen dashing into the underbrush in pursuit of reptiles, with Magpie leading the way.

Enjoy this party with your beloved Karre. Both of you deserve it!

What a wonderful Party Condo! I will thank you all properly this evening, but for now, please know how much this means to us!

Karre was fed at AMBG, (+4) and (+8) according to the feeding routine we want to stick to, especially on days like today when it's very cold and rainy and His Majesty doesn't feel like getting up for snacks. Some days, he's more active, and on those days he instinctively eats about every 4 hours. Clever Emperor :mrgreen:

Congratulations on the 2nd time around!​

When Zoe and I first joined FDMB, Karre's 1st OTJ party was the first hint I ever had, that kitties could go OTJ.....you gave me such hope then and again now. Zoe has been back on Lantus for 16 months....so maybe, just maybe she can do it again! I hope she decides to follow Karre back to the Falls, but if not that is OK, too. ;-)

But if you ever think there IS a mistake please let me know so I can fix it ASAP.
I once referred to a kitty as a boy in a whole video and found out later "he" was actually a girl kitty. I made an assumption based on the name and my assumption was wrong. :oops:
