Thanks everyone! CD, what a fantastic job you did with the pathetic pics I have of her :-D

What a ride the past nine weeks...I rescued Cheekyface from neighbours who went on holiday and left her with housesitters, who in turn went away for a fortnight during one of our Christmas heatwaves, but didn't provide for her. She was actually on the verge of going feral when I finally annexed her, and if you'd told me that four years later I'd be able to prick her ear up to 10 times in 12 hours for blood tests AND give her injections, I would have laughed myself silly.

I don't know how she's going to react tomorrow when she gets her breakfast without having to be lifted onto the table, wrapped in a towel and have her ear poked!! :lol: :lol:

As I type, she's curled up on the recliner in front of the heater after having her bedtime snack--but I'm SURE she'll wake up for her party!

OH wup--here she is, smooching around my legs (probably wants more food, yeah right, it's nearly bedtime!).

Niptini, dahlink? and would Modom prefer the Kingfish Canapes or the Kangaroo Kebabs? oh yes of course, sillly me--the red meat of course :lol: :lol:

Thanks Julie :-D she'll be tested fortnightly as a routine -- and maybe more often if I get suspicious :mrgreen:

And now we have to lose some more weight...great fun that's going to be!!
