Jen: I hear ya on the "dust in the eye" thing. LOL :D Thank you! :D

Tricia: Thank you! I hope that Blackie's success is inspiring to the whole board. No matter how long, and how many trial and error periods one must go through, sooner or later you WILL find that magic thing that works. With Blackie, it was several meals throughout the day that helped her. I know that there are a few people on here who suggested that very thing. I honestly thought that it wouldn't work, until I accidentally fed her at +10 one evening, or morning (can't remember which). Now, she gets fed on that schedule, at least for a bit longer until I can figure something else out. I'll probably still get up before 4:00 a.m. to give her the snack, though. LOL Old habits die hard.
