so the past two days I've actually gotten my butt out of bed to test cello AMPS - he has been off insulin for almost 3 weeks, one shot just over two weeks ago when he got into dry food. But everyday I test mid-afternoon to night and we are always between 60-100. But the past two days I've tested first thing AM (he is always higher AM) and he was 175 yesterday, but down to normal numbers by evening (no shot)
This morning he was 187, I gave him breakfast and less than an hour later he was 151.
I am wondering if I am not leaving enough food out during the night. I've cut back on his food a bit and left less grazing material because I don't want him to get overweight, but could this do it?
Also can I still call him OTJ? It has been over two weeks with no shot and he is going down after eating..... at least a diet controlled diabetic
