OTC Flea Meds - Interactions?

Anyone know if it's ok for me to use Advantage or similar over the counter flea meds with Lantus, potassium supplement and B-12? Just want to make sure there's not an interaction.

I'd also emailed my vet and she told me it would be fine to use Advantage or Frontline with Lantus/B-12/potassium supplement, in case anyone else has a similar question :)
 
I'm not using potassium but my vet told me it was fine to use Frontline with Lantus (and with B-12 and Methimazole with my hyperthyroid civvie).
I did use it, but it seemed to raise Eleanor's bloodsugar for a couple weeks (also messed up my hyperthyroid cat!!).
Anyone else notice a raise in bloodsugar?
