OT: Rx Discount Cards

I just came across these links for Rx discounts for medications. I know how expensive meds can be especially if you use Lantus. The Angels of Assisi program states explicitly that it can be used for human Rx's that are given to pets and also specifies diabetes (among others) covered by this program. I have never used either of these but I thought they are worth a try. If someone does end up utilizing one of these programs I would appreciate hearing of your experience.

I have used several discount cards. Typically you only save a little, like $10 for a $200 plus cost of insulin. However, every little bit helps.

I had the same experience with the Goodrx discount card--it saved only about $10, but hey, every little bit helps.
