Hi Everyone,
It feels so strange to post on this forum. Answering questions isn't odd nor posting on the health forum. Last night I adopted my fosters Chai and Mocha. Their names may very well be changed after Chai managed to give me a scare last week and eat some chocolate but she's no worse for it. Who said cats don't like sweet? So Double and Trouble, Mischief and Monster, Jinx and Jax, Thelma and Louise, Magic and Houdini, Rascal and Brat? Neither comes when called so they don't know their names. Mocha already is opening doors. I had my friend put locks everywhere and need to get some for the cabinets after one of them pulled off a tag on a coat in the closet. My TP is kept in the shower and other places because EVERTHING is a toy for these two! Ditto for Kleenex. They have plenty of those. They recommend the ripple rug, nip nibblers, and bunny braids.
They are giving me some levity as we clean out and are about to sell my mom's house. The first open house is today and I suspect it will be sold after the broker carivan Tuesday. It's the house we grew up in. It's been tough adjusting to life without her and Max of course so I'm grateful they take up some of my time and thoughts. I think Max sent Mocha and Tiffany sent Chai, lol.
