OT New kitten - Lizzy

Sammy has a new buddy, although she really doesnt agree yet. I adopted a nine week old little girl on Friday. She is another tuxie, and a really little doll. She has no fear whatsoever, and is extremely friendly with everyone so far. Sammy has not stopped hissing at her, but is curious about her, and has not started any cat fights yet so I am hopeful she will just "get over it" soon.

She has however, stopped crying all night for her departed brother, so I think even though she is exerting her dominance over Lizzy, she feels better having another cat in the house.

Welcome home Lizzy!!!

One thing you can do is rub both with a towel so they smell the same. Another trick is to putting a dab of vanilla on Sammy's nose and another on Lizzy's head again so she smells the same.
