Does anyone know why after I log in, (and check stay logged in box) if I click on someone's link to previous day it tells me I have to log in again.

I would guess it has something to do with your settings, "somewhere". I say this since not everyone is having the problem, it's not the site, it must be something on your machine.

I would check:

Adblockers?
Do you clear cookies / history regularly?
Do you have your browser set at the highest security setting? (Which may be deleting cookies)

A cookie is set on your device when you log in. That's how it knows that it's you when you come back. If those are deleted, it's like you've never been here!

Check those ideas out and report back. Others may have a similar issue!

Adblockers I don't know about.
Cookies/history cleared 3x week
Security setting don't know where it is on kindle fire

Just checked a few threads. It happens on Christina & Kitty Cat thread. When I click the link for previous day it asks me to sign in and I am already signed in

And on Katy and Mo thread. It opens new window and wants me to sign in again.

Checked 4 other condos and it does not happen. I do not have autofill forms checked for clearing data but it says it's empty.

I answered above. Today there are more members where it happens if I click link to previous thread. Today was carfurby, Butters, Jan D & Squeaky who I never had trouble with.

I stopped checking after that. It's really annoying to login to each post.

Clearing cookies will certainly do what you're describing. It's possible that you aren't clearing all cookies, or it's possible that your system has a cached (saved) version of the page that you are able to stay logged in to. I can't diagnose that, I'm sorry. It's not the FDMB, it's your cookies.

When I click on some FDMB links in a thread (i.e. yesterday's thread), a new window opens where I am not logged on. This is new. Just the last week or so.

Security has not changed.
Cookies fine.

Same with me. It seems to have started when the board was down for that extended time.
