Breeze by Tidy Cat at Petsmart for $29.99 on sale with petperks card.
$10.00 off printable coupon from www.coupons.com makes it $19.99

Hey guys, I bought one of these today to use with compressed pine pellets rather than how it's intended.....cause it's really cheap to buy generic "Feline Pine" (horse bedding) at the local Feed and Seed ($10 for 40# vs $13 for 14# of Feline Pine).

But it comes with clay litter pellets that do not absorb anything, they sit over a grate that the urine falls through onto a tray where you place a urine absorbing pad. Says litter last for a month and pad for 1 week per cat, comes with one months supply in box. So if you needed urine for a ketone test this would be perfect because you just take the pad out and the urine ends up in the tray.

If you don't have problems with Ketone tests it's very economical if you use the pine, the $10 bag I just bought will last me 6 months for 2 cats. Plus it doesn't stink and there's no silica dust or tracking of litter.

We've been using the Breeze litter box since it first came out.
I love it; I use the pellets for it, they last a long time. I have 3 cats, 2 litter boxes but none of my cats will use the other one unless they're shut up in the bedroom and desperate. All of them use the Breeze and with 3 cats, I turn the pad after the first day and it is getting pretty saturated by 48 hours with three using it, so you need to adjust amount of pads needed for number of cats.
Only problem I have is if using the traditional Breeze pellets, if one has a diarrhea episode, you almost need to change the litter it gets in a mess and hard to get out so you might want to switch to regular box with clumping litter until it gets better.
You can order the pads and pellets in cases of 6 pkgs. of pads and 6 bags of litter from Amazon. If your'e an Amazon prime member, shipping is free.

I've used the Breeze boxes off and on. I loved them at first but with a Diabetic and HyperT kitty they overpowered the pads too quickly for me. Maybe I'll give them a try again.

By the way I have a Smart Box that someone gave me that I have never used because the cup is very small and better suited for someone with fewer kitties, anyway if someone is having trouble testing for ketones and needs it let me know.
