Hi all,
I know that there are many of you on LBL that don't visit the Feline Health board very often but there's a new member with a non-diabetic kitty, Black Cat, currently on Feline Health whose cat has megacolon (developed after she was hit by a car) and I'm wondering whether anyone here might be able to help.
Black Cat was doing fairly OK till she was boarded for a few days and her meds and supplements weren't properly administered and she became very badly constipated as a consequence. The caregiver's current vet is basically writing Black Cat off.
Black Cat's caregiver, Nat, is imminently due at a different vet for a second opinion. If any members here have experience of managing a cat with megacolon, please could you have a look at Nat's thread and perhaps suggest anything that might help them. Here's the link to the thread for replies:
