? Options when not available for shot time

Looking to find my best option. Tomorrow I have to be some place that requires me to leave about an hour and half early from Petey's PM shot, with no one else to do it.

Should I give it early, full does, partial dose or just skip it?

At this point, it is too late to decide. Sorry no one got to you earlier. You can move a Lantus shot up 1/2 hour once per day, or 15 minutes per cycle. I used to do that starting a few days before a monthly meeting I had to be at that meant I had to leave an hour before Neko's shot.
