Opinion on these meat treats i saw in Target

I am going to Petco to get Nicholas (& civvie siblings) Halo Liv a Little freezed dried meat treats.
But when I was in Target picking up more FF and Friskies, I noticed these treats for Dogs and I know the list said to also look at meat dog treats, so I read the ingredients. The oats is not goo, right?

Oats are a carb source, not a good thing for a feline diabetic.

(For a human diabetic, oats are fine in limited quantities, as they have some fiber and help fight cholesterol.)

Thank you for replying and clarifying. I knew it was good for human D's but since I knew it was carb I didn't think it would be ok for FD cat. Without the oats it would have been another good treat option.
