I know some people want to buy a single Lantus pen and have a hard time finding a pharmacy that will sell it that way. This pharmacy is where the shelter ordered a new pen for Sly from. Its not the most economical way to buy Lantus, but if it is how you need to buy it:

Currently they have it for $89.49 + $19.99 for overnight shipping. They seemed to ship in a decent amount of time, ordered on the 29th and got here on the 2nd. It was shipped to the shelter so I did not see how it was packaged for shipment.
