? One week on Lev down, maintain dose?

So we have officially finished one week on Levemir. Last nights PM shot was her first foray into numbers below 100 (60s, 80s, although she was close on another day) but she bounced. I would like to attempt TR, so it looks like we keep on 1 unit for 10 cycles. Is that 10 cycles starting now or since she started a week ago? Anything else in her SS that I'm not catching?? Thanks!!

I would continue to hold the 1 unit dose, for at least six cycles after last nights green. Any bounce should be over then, and you can see if she gets back to green again. Did she ever see green on Lantus? There is only one Lantus test on the SS.

Yes, would have a great day or two in the greens or low hundreds and then just lose it for weeks. Her tummy has issues so I kind of figured it went with that but I'm not sure. Before her last major surgery she was regulated but we never got back there.
