One Touch Ultra Question

My One Touch Ultra is still giving me readings when I test, but as of a few days ago, it's not storing the data. Any ideas on how to fix this? Is there something I can reset?

call the company - there should be an 800 # on your meter, call and ask them about it. They will help you fix it or replace your meter.

Great idea! The rep told me he really suggested not using this on animals :roll: but that they would send me a new meter! WOW, great customer service!

Next time do not tell them you are using it on an animal. Sometimes reps will not help you if you say that. I just say that I am a caretaker of someone who uses the meter and insulin.
