Hi, hope I selected the right prefix.
Is there a way to post in two forums at once, for future. I will try to copy and paste in to Lantus forum.
Ollie has been running mid 200's-mid 300's for a while. Tomorrow will be about a week since we went to 3 units. Checked him at 11:01 pm (+5 hours) before my bedtime and he is at 71. Any opinions about dosing in the morning. Will be too early to check in with vet, as I shoot around 6 am. Definitely can't give him 3. We are using SLGS.
Not an emergency, he gets small meal now and a little later with Cat Mate and I will be going to sleep but will check in.
