Oliver has passed away 5/23

He went down hill fast, He lost more weight and just passed at home in my arms late Friday Night. Its been a few super hard days. I miss him more then words can say.
You guys have been great and so helpful.
Thanks for being there for us. I know he will be waiting for me in Heaven.

oh kelly, i'm so sorry. i know how special Oliver was and how much you loved him. He knew he was loved!

I'm new here but I just had to say I am so sorry for your loss - clearly he was well loved and I am glad he was in your arms in the end, that had to be a comfort to him.

Yes he is free of diabetes and pain and any suffering.
Appreciate the love guys really I do. Miss him sooooooooooo very much.
But glad he is safe in Heaven.

Kelly I am so sorry to read this. It is never easy, there are never the right words. I hope your memories will be of comfort to you. Oliver will always be with you, tucked away in a corner of your heart. Fly free little one. You will always be remembered never forgotten.

I am so sorry to hear that Oliver has crossed. I'm sure he knew how much you loved him, and you never stopped showing him, right to the end. Kelly, my deepest condolences on the loss of your dear Oliver. I'm in shock right now, as I'm sure you are too. This was all so sudden, and I know your heart has to ache for him.

When you have some time, I hope you'll take a few minutes to read a fable. The official name is "The Loving Ones", but I've always called it "You have chosen tears". It will probably make you cry, but in those tears, you will find healing.

Hi Kelly,

Pixie and I are relatively new to the board so we have not had the pleasure of getting to know Oliver and yourself. I've been to your condo several times, both yesterday evening and this morning, reading all the loving messages your FDMB friends have sent you.

I've been reluctant to send a message until now because words fail me when I see someone suffering the loss of a beloved pet. My throat tightens, tears well up in my eyes and my heart constricts when I think about your pain and I think, "Why can't they just be with us a little longer?" Another one of those mysteries of life that will, hopefully, one day be answered.

May your friends and family support you through these dark, lonely days and may God and his angels take special care of Oliver and all our cherished pets who have passed.
