Kitty celebrated the big event with a beautiful green 80!
I had been worried about him over the last few months. He was urinating more, drinking water, and throwing up every few days. Lab tests were negative for hyperthyroid and everything else (except high eosinophils). I changed from all FF chicken to all FF turkey, vet prescribed Profender for worms/parasites, and the vomiting has stopped.
I still freak out when I see him drink water, but DH reminds me that he used to drink BEFORE diabetes too. As for food, I'd swear he eats the FF only because it sticks to the chicken treats crumbled on top.
But basically, all is well in Kitty-land. Five P's in order. WCR: purry. Which means WBR is also purry!
As always, thanks to this wonderful world known as Lantus Land. I looked back over Kitty's spreadsheet, and saw some of the darker days reflected in reds and hot pinks. You saved my furbaby's life. All of you newbies, take heart. You are SO in the right place!
