Obie seems to be leveling in the mid 300's- low 400's

And he has been on 1u lantus for 8 doses.
How long should I go before I up it to 1.25 ?
I am going to stick with 1u tonight.
Yesterday he brought me a toy squid he has and he slept right next to me most of the night.
I know he doesn't feel great, but parts of him have got to feel better!

Go ahead and take him up to 1.25

Now I'm going to ask a favor...on his Relion spreadsheet please stick to just human meter readings. I see several tests marked as alpha. Since the two types of meters are calibrated differently it really skews the data to have both in one day. Its sorta like looking at a temperature spreadsheet where at noon the temp is 32F & at 2pm its 32 celsius. There's a big difference in the actual temperature but its not reflected in the actual numbers.

The spreadsheet that says ObieRelionNumbers is purely just relion numbers.
My vet insist that I use the alpha and this page insist I use the Human one, so I have to do both.
I can't always get two readings so I go with the Alphatrak first and then use the Relion.
I've been trying to keep them separated.
I will take him to 1.25 tonight.

I may keep him at the same dose for another day
