Nutramax Cosequin???

Any info on whether or not Nutramax Cosequin is ok to use for a diabetic cat? Lexie has severe arthritis in he left hip and everything I read says this would help her, but there is nothing about how it affects diabetics.

I have been using Cosequin for Cats fort my diabetic MurrFee for over a year. I does seem to help. SOmetimes I wish it had not helped since now he jumps on the kitchen counter.
