After his first week on insulin my sugar cat's numbers were at 474. So we are going up to 3 units twice a day on the way to 4 units twice a day. I have been keeping a close eye on him and so far he seems to be doing well. I also switched him to a diabetic formula food. I am hoping this is going to do the trick. Thanks for all the helpful suggestions and support everyone.
