Carl (Carl's the person) does get PM's. Make sure you're addressing the note to Carl & Bob (GA).

Sienne, I don't know why, but she's right. If you go to his profile, there's no option to send PM anymore. I know there used to be because he and I talked occasionally, but now, although it says "CONTACT CARL & BOB (GA)" in Blue, it's not "clickable".

I just tried to reply to a PM from him and it says it's disabled. Wonder why??? Hopefully, we'll hear from him soon.

It wouldn't let me reply either.

I have to wonder if this is the reason (User Control Panel, Board Preferences)

Allow users to send you private messages: (this can be a Yes or No)
Note that administrators and moderators will always be able to send you messages.

His mailbox may be full; it'll freeze messages and warn you.

Or perhaps he is on a bit of holiday.

Or the board hiccupped again. (Sometimes, I can't reach the server)
