Not sure what to do?

Could you have a look at Tabby's s/s, he has had no good numbers despite a little increase. I am getting very frustrated and increasingly worried about his high numbers. The insulin doesn't seem to be having much of an impact on him, do you think?

Hi Louise! I don't have dosing advice but I do know how you feel. My Scooter was in red and black for weeks before his numbers started changing. It is very frustrating.
You are doing great and asking the right questions. In the mean time enjoy Tabby!

Thanks Linda, yes just feel like I'm not really helping him and I'm doing everything I can think of to help him get better

I think you are doing fine... I know it's frustrating not to get a lower number yet.... but you are increasing systematically.
Stay the course... increasing at 0.25 at a time.
You just haven't reached a breakthru dose.... and it looks like his body isn't even used to a blue so it will be a marathon.
You should increase after one more cycle.... 6 is good for letting a dose settle in....

With nadirs over 300 you are right to increase by .5 units after the 6 cycles per the TR protocol.
