Yes I can leave the food out
At +2 he is 7.9… I just fed him again . I will do a +4 yes
And I have an automatic feeder that open in 2 different time as he is a eater and he eat all in once !
But I have another cat so no garantee who is gonna eat …

That can be difficult with 2 cats. Before you leave maybe give him a bit of food by himself?

Correct will be an active cycle … I feel a bit worried , everytime he is going down I have to go out …. And I’m very impressed how good he is doing with 1 unit as well!!

I’m getting excited

yes I will give him some food before I leave for sure !
The other cat is not an eater like him so he is usually the one eating from the automatic feeder

Great! Having 2 would be sooo much harder for me! You are doing an amazing job honestly.

Any food that the diabetic one will eat that the non diabetic one won’t touch with a hundred foot pole? If so then you could always try that!!

Can you post the +4 and I will watch for it, and then we can decide what best to do while you are gone…is that OK?

I’m excited to see how he is on this 1 unit dose! This is a great cycle, and I like how relatively flat those blues are. But I am a little concerned about you being gone and whether you should cut the dose down a bit. @Bron and Sheba (GA) what’s your opinion? I know that this is a good cycle, but with the pet sitter only taking preshot numbers and the fact that Noah has had several recent reductions and is getting these blues… do you think a temporary reduction to keep him a little higher just until January 2 would be wise? I’m very ambivalent about it.
