Nico is home and doing so good

Nico has been home now for over a week and is doing so well. I can't believe that this is the same little man that my old vet said that we "might need to send him to kitty heaven". PLEASE KNOW YOUR VET AND THEIR KNOWLEDGE OF FELINE DIABETES.
With the help from FelineDiabetes, DCIN, Jennifer and Carolyn my little man is home with his daddy now. He is eating well, drinking normal and just loves his new toy his "NipStick". His beautiful fur is getting shiny again, he is back to bathing as normal and even gives me a bath again now too.
He is handling his BG test and injections like a champ. Carolyn has helped me so much in getting his BG and insulin levels right. He has been switched to Lantis.
Nico and I would just like to that you all so much for your love and support.

I see in your avatar Nico 'on watch' on the boat. What a great
little First Mate he makes !
