I tested him last nite...174 again. So I tested mine ...59?????
I'm thinking of getting a different glucometer.
Does anyone get the same numbers from their pet on the reg?

No it's not strange for BG to stay steady. I've witnessed my Baco having the same BG for over 8 hours (2 hours apart testing) so I don't find it odd.

Not regularly but yes I've gotten the same number 2x in a row. It's only been once or twice but it has happened.

Thanks for ur support...I'm new at this...I might get a new meter today. I checked my blood last night...it said 59!(??????) I got 204 on him this morning so I just gave 1 unit, not 2. I'll be checking throughout the day. He's going out today for exercise. It's beautiful out today in Bucks County,PA. Thanks again!

What meter are you using, Katie?

Nice number this morning. Your one unit sounds good. See if you can get a midcycle number to see how low it takes him.

Please read my signature link on glucometer and lab reference values and notes.
