Newly diagnosed 12-year-old male

I have three litter mates but this is the first time I have had to deal with diabetes. Just diagnosed last week. Struggling right now with regular BG testing. Insulin injections much easier. Have several specific questions I'll post in health section. Hope those of you who have been dealing with this disease for a while can lend some support and helpful info. Thanks in advance.
