Glad to see/hear it! Must be a bit nerve wracking to have your son in Germany.

If you decide to increase tomorrow, be sure to keep on top of scanning (hopefully you're home). I'm guessing he broke his bounce today, but if he didn't and he breaks it tomorrow instead, he might get a little extra downward momentum from the increase + the break. The break cycles for whatever reason often cause them to go a little lower than they normally would. I don't think he'd go dangerously low (100-120 if I had to guess), it will just be good data to have.
 
That weight gain is very good news as is the vet report. I didn’t see any other numbers in his spreadsheet for today, but you were probably too busy. He definitely looks ready for the .25 unit increase. Let us know how it goes.
 
Thanks for the advice as always. I didn't record yesterday as he was high and didn't get his insulin. Owner error. I got fur instead of skin. We stayed 3.25 last night and his sugars were good. We increased to 3.5 units this morning and sugars look improved today.
 
Doing great! He's getting more adventurous and active which is good and bad. He's been on the prowl looking for his dry friskies the he absolutely loves. We have another cat that is eating it so we have been hiding it from chance. Thoughts are to get all cats off the friskies dry.
