Newbie on Health bouncing from 79 to 350 Advice needed pm

New to site. He has two threads going. He got a 79 last night and gave one unit instead of the 4 prescribed. Got a 350 this am and gave 3. Definitely needs some guidance on how to dose with Lantus.

Update He got a 144 this pm and is wondering about giving one unit. He has no nadir number for today. Help!
